In the primary schools of the Sanem region, an innovative project on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) was launched for the 2025–2026 school year. The project includes activities about and with AI in the classroom, as well as the use of AI by teachers for lesson planning and administrative tasks.
Objectives
The objective of the project is to provide teachers with the necessary knowledge and know-how for the reflective use of AI-based tools in the school context.
On the one hand, teaching scenarios in the areas of learning about AI and learning with AI are developed in order to prepare students as effectively as possible for the responsible use of this technology. AI is used to create clear pedagogical added value.
On the other hand, teachers are supported in using AI effectively and ethically for lesson preparation and administrative tasks.
Target Group
The target group includes primary school students in the Sanem region as well as the teachers who work with them.
